Moo Shu is a classic Northern Chinese cuisine that has been well accepted by American Chinese Food lovers. It is prepared with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, scallions, bamboo shoots, cabbage and tiger lily flowers. All Moo Shu dishes are served with thin "crepes" to wrap up the mixture. You simply eat them with your fingers. Four "crepes" in each order. 35¢ each extra "crepe." It can be cooked in hot sauce.
